WhO IS IT FOR?

OurWe specialise in helping normal women who lead busy, non-gym and non-diet obsessed lives drop 10-20lbs in 6 weeks in a healthy and sustainable way.   We’ve created something sustainable that can fit into your busy schedule and that doesn’t involve anything too drastic but gets sensational results. We’ll help you live healthier without eliminating the things you enjoy like a few glasses of wine or going out for dinner.   The community, support, and how the program seamlessly slots into your life
are what set us apart from anything else. It is just a bunch of normal everyday women looking to look and feel better in themselves and get healthier.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our gym is based on Carysfort Avenue in Blackrock, Co.Dublin.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

Nope. We've a fully customised and tailor made facility. You just need to bring a sweat towel and water and a good attitude. 

IS IT EASY TO SWITCH WORKOUTS?

Yes, we have our booking app. Each week you pick the 3 days & times that suit you best, and if you need to switch or reschedule, simply log into the app and change times.  

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?

The workouts are usually 25-35 minutes long with 10 minutes for warms up and the demonstration. In total 45 minutes The "On Demand" do anytime workouts are 15 minutes long.  

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A WORKOUT?

There's 2 options there.  Either reschedule to a different day and time on the app or alternatively you can do one of our sos on demand workouts instead.

HOW MUCH IS IT FOR THE 6 WEEKS?

It is only €399 for 6 weeks or 2 x payments of €225 . That's only €9.50 a day for a program that could change your life. Just imagine, for the price of a couple of cups of coffee you could be staring at a brand new person in body & mind in 6 weeks or less.



WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE SESSIONS?

The sessions are based around simple but quality weight & resistance workouts and effective exercises (no running) to increase your metabolism, strengthen your weak spots and firm up your wobbly bits – and make you feel good. They change up each week so you're not doing the same thing all the time and are designed to get you fitter, stronger, healthier, toned, and be enjoyable.


We keep you accountable to show up and because they are fully & expertly coached you're getting a 1 to 1 PT experience in a group environment (without the cost and with more fun) this also means you know you’re doing everything safely and effectively so that you’re getting the most from the workouts.


You arrive 5 minutes before your workout, where you do your warm up, and the girls usually have the chats & a bit of banter, the coach then demonstrates the exercises and ensure you know what you're supposed to be doing, and then the workouts themselves last between 25-35 minutes.


The coaches are always on hand to check everybody's form, give cues & tips, & ensure you're getting the most from the workout. There is a maximum of 8 members per workout so that you get a really high quality coaching experience.


Also remember this if you are worried about being self conscious. Nobody else is watching or looking at you. They are all too busy sweating and trying to keep up just like you.


WILL EVERYBODY BE LOOKING AT ME DURING THE WORKOUT?

A big concern many people have when they're starting is that everybody else will be looking at them when they're exercising, which can be a scary thought, as naturally you're more self conscious at the beginning. Don't worry nobody else will be looking at you except the coach who'll ne there to help you get the best out of the workout. They are all too busy sweating and trying to keep up just like you. Every member on the program, felt the same when they started, so they get it, and once you've done a couple of workouts, you'll be wondering what you were worrying about.

I'M REALLY UNFIT, WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP?

I understand your concern, I think everyone who ever started the program had the same question, but here’s the thing, there is no “Keeping Up” here. We cater for all fitness abilities, eveybody who starts is unfit, our job is to help them get fit, we can modify exercises to suit different fitness levels and injuries and you go at your pace. Our aim is to meet you where you are at now, build up your fitness and confidence. The workouts are designed so no matter what your fitness level you can get a great workout for you.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?

I understand your concern, Firstly Hayley will go through that on the phone with you, we don't sign anybody up who we don't think is suitable. However in most cases, if you do have a previous injury, health issue, or mobility problem but are medically cleared to exercise? we take that into account, we modify, tweak, regress, and swap out exercises for our members who have any mobility issues or injuries so that they can still do the workouts safely and effectively and get results


WHAT IS THE FOOD PLAN LIKE, IS IT STRICT?

Absolutely not. We believe that for things to work long term, they have to work in real life conditions. So we teamed up with world leading nutrItion experts Precision Nutrition to create a nutrition plan that works in the real world and that you can see yourself sticking to long term.


We give you a step by step template that shows you exactly what you should be eating to see results. It takes into account your preferences, likes, and dislikes. It's not strict, restrictive, nothing gets cut out, you don't need to do separate shops and meals for you and the rest of the family, there's no expensive supplements. It’s a simple, realistic, common sense approach that takes into account you have other things going on in your life.


We give you full support, coaching & accountability with it to so you always have support when you need it. This is not your standard meal plan. We show you how to build your own plan that works for your individual life and circumstances


This means it’s easy to stick, doesn’t feel like an extra stress, you enjoy it, and you’ll be able to keep the results.

DO YOU OFFER PAYG?

We don't as we can’t sell you the results you desire if we don’t know when you’re going to turn up. Therefore we believe offering PAYG is actually doing you a dis-service. 

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL?

2) You get “Access To All Areas” just like a fully fledge member; Attend Sessions, Access to our OnDemand service, you'll be invited in to all Membership Groups, plus receive all the Coaching and Support from our Specialist trainers.


This will give you a far better idea of what we do because it’s way more than just an exercise class. Then, if you then find anytime during the 2 weeks it’s not for you - no problem - we’ll refund your investment.

After the initial the 6 Weeks, there are a couple of options to continue as a Shape Up Online member. These will be discussed in final weeks of the program when you’ll have your Progress Call with one of our specialist coaches.
